Mazda 6 and Denso Common Rail

If you have found our website I have no doubt you will have been re-directed by one of our many happy customers or from an internet forum.

It is now well known that Feather Diesel Services work directly for the OE manufacturers and are authorised to carry out repairs on Denso Common Rail Systems as an authorised Denso agent.

Our Services are available to members of the public via our trade counter and can save a significant amount of time and money.

All common rail systems use a special valve to control the rail pressure and volume within the vehicle control system.

Running issues with Denso common rail (commonly found on Mazda6, Nissan and Toyota vehicles) can , in a high number of cases, be attributed to this valve going faulty. Commonly referred to as the SCV (Suction Contol Valve) this valve can cause cutting out, lack of power, driveabilty issues and starting problems.

It is common for OE dealers and garages to quote for the removal and overhaul of the high pressure pump, when infact replacing the SCV valve in situ, ie. on the vehicle, and carrying out a re-learn with authorised test gear will in fact cure the problem.

Whilst this method of repair has an extremely high success rate some vehicles can have other issues, either with the high pressure pump, control system or injectors.

Customers can call for advice or book their vehicles in for a diagnostic check at the current rate to see if this repair option will benefit you.

As you can appreciate the savings to be made using this method can run into hundreds of pounds.

Don't just take our word for it check out the forums!!!!
