With the recent release of the CRI Bosch Common Rail Injector tester injectors can now be tested and repaired. The initial repair concept allows the testing of the injector back-leakage and fuel flow through the nozzle. Nozzles can then be replaced as necessary and the injector re-tested. At this point in time only nozzle spare parts and fitting accessories are available; problems with bodies or the internal spill valves cannot yet be addressed. |

Injector Prerequisites For an injector repair to be possible the injector must meet certain criteria.
An injector that does not meet these criteria will be quoted for with a Bosch factory exchange at competitive prices. All repairs use genuine parts only. Delphi Common Rail The Delphi Common Rail injector test concept is out now. The injectors can be remanufactured with new nozzles, adaptor plates and control valves. During the remanufacturing process the injectors are fully tested, graded and issued with new C2I characterisation codes. These NEW codes must be programmed into the vehicle ECU with an approved test device. Denso Common Rail No official test or repair concept is yet available for these units. We can supply new units if required at very competiitve prices. Common Faults
