Recent parts programmes at Bosch have led to the release of spare parts for two stage injectors and step body style injectors. The release of the EPS 100 in conjunction with these parts programmes has led to the ability to test and repair these items. |

With the recent release of the CRI Bosch Common Rail Injector tester injectors can now be tested and repaired. The initial repair concept allows the testing of the injector back-leakage and fuel flow through the nozzle. Nozzles can then be replaced as necessary and the injector re-tested. At this point in time only nozzle spare parts and fitting accessories are available; problems with bodies or the internal spill valves cannot yet be addressed. |
